Member liaison, general coordination of rules, design and operation of mutual assistance for disaster recovery costs, disaster prevention, and supervision of all administrative work in the office

Power Supply-and-Demand Planning Dept.

Demand estimates, supply-demand balance assessment, compilation of supply plans (except matters under the jurisdiction of the Network Planning Dept.), and design and operation management of power supply auction

    Operation management of capacity market (auction, assessment, and request and grant related services)
Power System Planning Dept.

Formation of distribution facility formation plans, compilation of supply plans (matters related to distribution facility development planning), and acceptance of connection studies for power generation facilities of 10,000 kW or more

Network Operation Dept.

Compilation of supply and demand, response in the event of supply-demand constraints, management of interconnection lines, work stoppage plan coordination, and cross-regional frequency adjustment

    Monitoring and management of supply-demand and power system condition
Renewable Energy and International Dept.

General operations performed by OCCTO under the provisions of the Renewable Energy Electricity Special Measures Act, and supervision of international relations operations such as overseas surveys

General coordination of the operations of OCCTO and planning and formulation of basic policy

Response to complaints and consultations, and mediation/arbitration
