Loss of Business Mobile Phone
Organization for Cross-regional Coordination of Transmission Operators, JAPAN (hereinafter, the Organization) would like to inform you that personnel has lost business mobile phone at oversea business destination during business trip on September 16, 2016(JST). The lost mobile phone contains many business mails to the holder of the phone from inside and outside of the Organization as well as names, phone numbers and mail address of the relevant persons of the Organization that could be identical as private information.
The lost phone has been constantly locked with PIN code and the risk of secondary damage is hardly arisen any more. However, we deeply apologize for causing the inconvenience to the relevant persons.
To prevent similar accident, the Organization shall implement full dissemination to all directors and staffs to comply rules for mobile phone such as using portable strap when carrying the phone and deleting unnecessary information.
